I wish there was a way to give bunch jewelry more than 5 stars. Everytime I have went into the store I leave with a smile. Not only because of the customer service but you actually leave knowing you got what you paid for. They truly have a customer for life.

Replaced the watch battery in my Invicta Bolt 60mm watch. Excellent customer service. Nice friendly and knowledgeable staff. Will continue to bring all my watches for them for service. Nice atmosphere as well. Thanks again for helping me. Have a great Christmas.

Bunch Jewelers did it again. Hubby had wanted me to get a new ring. He knows I love bling. Eric was so kind to take time with me. His store was rather busy. Valentine’s Day 2 days away. After trying out several rings, he said wait, I think I have one you’ll love. He was correct. Brand new still on his desk. This is the 4th ring I have bought from Bunch Jewelers. Great store, great service.

THE RING OF DREAMS My husband surprised me with a ring upgrade for christmas and i came across Bunch Jewelers. When i saw this ring i knew it was the one. Eric was very kind and so helpful with the process which made everything so easy. I can’t wait for my ring to get here! Erica was so patient, helpful and informative with helping me choose my dream ring. She was excellent to work with!! All the engagement rings here are so beautiful and it was so hard decide on which one I wanted! I’m so glad we made the drive from northwestern suburbs of Chicago to Bunch Jewelers. I’m sure if you’re a potential customer you aren’t surprised by another 5 star review. But they are the best jewelers by FAR I’ve gone in jewelry stores and felt uncomfortable and out of place but never ever here. They’ll ask if you’d like help, and if you do they’re on it, if you don’t you get to just browse and stare. You see a family owned jewelry store and immediately think big prices, but not here. They are so well priced! My boyfriend sent them a ring design I was in love with, of course with some tweaks. I got it today, just a short 3 weeks later and I’m in love. It’s beautiful, it’s even better than I thought it could be. I could stare at it forever and I’m starting to fear that instead of looking at my boyfriend at the wedding, I’ll be too busy staring down the ring. This of course isn’t the first jewelry I’ve gotten from this place. My boyfriend has gotten me a few pairs of earrings and they’re a 10/10 as well! You’ll truly be doing yourself a disservice by going anywhere else. You’re in great hands and whatever jewelry you dreamed of, they’ll do it better.
